Tooth Dirt, kinda an interesting name, right? It all started back about 4 or 5 years ago. At that time our Boys Rider and Asher were getting some cavities and we kinda knew that the commercial products for oral hygiene were not only not very effective but they were actually toxic. Reading the labels on your average toothpaste is shocking. Did you know many toothpastes are so toxic they can kill you? Well it was time to get the fluoride and other poisons out of our life. Kelli looked up some info about what is good to help teeth and gums not only stay healthy but to actually heal themselves. After some research we made our first version of what I called tooth powder for our boys and ourselves. Well, Rider took one look at it and one look at the ingredients and called it tooth dirt. I tried to tell them it was tooth powder in a very soft way to get them to be OK with switching from toothpaste. Rider wasn’t having any of that. He held up the container of Bentonite Clay and said “Clay is dirt, when you add dirt to anything it all just becomes more dirt”. I conceded that he was correct and told them to brush with the new tooth dirt. That was the last time they had any cavities. 

Kelwin’s Tooth Dirt has evolved since then to have different mixes and I have added in some other great ingredients that truly brighten teeth and keep the gums healthy. Over the years I have shared the recipe with a bunch of folks and now after someone said that they didn’t want to mix their own but would buy some from me, I mixed up my first big batch. Folks are loving it and teeth are getting brighter all around me now.

Who am I? WOW, that is one big question. Well, I am many things. First and foremost, I am a Dad to two amazing your men, Rider and Asher. However my journey towards where I am now started way back. For much of my life I've been an entrepreneur of one kind or another. I have had businesses doing landscaping, Satellite TV installation, General Contractor, Massage Therapist, Internet Marketer, and a few things that were not totally legal at the time, lol. Along the way I became an Actor here in Los Angeles and will always be an Actor, I love being on the boards and in front of a camera.

In all of these things I have always enjoyed being of service to others. Now I make my living as a handyman in my area, allowing me to be a father to my two boys. I have also become an ALSP, Agape Licensed Spiritual Practitioner. I love being of service to others in this capacity. Adding in my Tooth Dirt seems like a natural fit. I am of service helping folks care for their homes, their spiritual oneness and now their bodies/teeth and gums. My life is full and getting fuller. 

Right now we are in small start up mode. The ingredients of each batch of Kelwin's Tooth Dirt is purchased in small bulk amounts on line. I then hand mix about 35 lbs of product at a time using only Organic, pure materials. Once the ingredients are blended well I take small amounts of the mix and pop it into my Vita-mix blender to both give it an additional blending and to rend it down into an even finer powder. Once this is done I then hand fill each glass jar and seal the lids. Now it is time to put on the labels. I print up about 420 labels per batch, 1 3/4 inch circles for the lid and 1 1/2 inch circle for the ingredient list that goes on the bottom of each jar. Now the Jars are ready for distribution. Many will be sold by me as I'm out and about here in Los Angeles and others will be sold online. I put a lot of thought into how I am gonna ship it out to folks. I knew that the shipping had to meet my desire to as environmentally friendly as possible. This led me to find a distributor that made recycled biodegradable paper padded envelopes. They cost a bit more, but truly worth it for our Mother Earth. So when folks order Kelwin's Tooth Dirt it will be sent either in this wonderful packaging or it may come in re-purposed packaging that I have saved from a delivery I got. So if your Tooth Dirt comes in packaging that has been re-purposed please know that it was done for our environment and not to save Money. Once each mailer has been sealed up I then I hand write the delivery address on each package and then take them to the Post office myself. At least until business is big enough that it become worth having a label mailer service and I know that is coming very soon.

So, please know that a lot of love goes into each jar and I know that using this on your teeth & gums can have a transformational effect that will likely be as obvious to you as it has been for me and my family in our own mouths.
